Food Freedom and Body Autonomy Program
Find freedom from food + body image struggles, connect with others & develop confidence and peace.
Are you so done thinking about food 24/7?
You just spent all day being “good” and eating healthy only to get triggered and end up giving in to the cookies at work. Then you just say “f- it” and end up overeating again. Ugh. It’s so exhausting.
Now you feel guilty and ashamed for not being able to control these urges. You are so tired of obsessing about what you “should” eat and worrying about weight changes.
You just want to lose weight and feel good in your body.
These thoughts will continue to stop you from doing new things, feeling confident and actually enjoying your life.
Freedom from binge and overeating is possible and you deserve to feel confident in your own skin again!
I have been exactly where you are, trust me, I get it.
For nearly a decade, I struggled with binge eating and over-exercising.
When it first started, it was innocent, I just want to eat healthier and slim down. I found out that when I exercised, the weight came off easily and so I continued. But then, it started slowing down…I could no longer lose the weight as easily so I doubled down.
I was so determined. I skipped meals. I ate salad without any dressing. I drank black coffee. And everyone noticed. I was complimented and praised. I was irritable, exhausted and very hungry, but it didn’t matter. I was getting the recognition I desperately wanted. And I was proud of myself.
As you might expect, it didn’t last. After starving myself all day, my cravings were out of control. I would devour entire cartons of ice cream, bags of chips, and loads of peanut butter and jelly. Food was so comforting. I would eat until it was physically painful.
The shame that followed was unbearable. How could I do this again?! I ruined everything. I have no self-control.
Then, I would starve myself all day again to punish myself for what I did the night before. Sometimes I would exercise until the point where I felt dizzy. I could not get out of the vicious cycle.
Binge, Starve, Repeat.
For some people, it’s not as bad and it looks more like, Overeat, Restrict, Repeat. But either way, it is excruciatingly painful.
Once I finally understood what I was doing wrong, I healed my eating disorder for good and I have not had the urge to overeat or binge ever since.

The program costs 40$ per session. Rising with me does not accept insurance payments for this program, however, many people find that they are able to get these sessions partially covered through their out-of-network insurance coverage.
